What the National Weather Service wrote

An intense mesoscale convective system (MCS), later classified as a derecho, swept across much of Oklahoma and portions of western-north Texas during the late evening of the 21st and predawn hours of the 22nd. Widespread reports of thunderstorm wind damage were received, especially from northwestern into central Oklahoma, including several observations of 80-100 mph gusts. This system also produced several tornadoes in central Oklahoma, including an EF-2 tornado near El Reno, OK. A slow-moving supercell preceded the convective line during the mid-evening of the 21st, producing reports of large hail west of Woodward, OK before dissipating.
